Welcome to KY Symphony. By accessing or using our website, applications, interactive tools, and educational services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

1. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use KY Symphony solely for lawful educational, creative, and personal purposes. You must not reverse engineer platform source code, attempt unauthorized API access, distribute malicious software, or harass fellow community members.

3. Intellectual Property & User Content

All platform branding, lesson curricula, audio samples, algorithms, and interface code belong to KY Symphony. You retain full intellectual property ownership of original musical compositions, lyrics, and artwork created by you using our studio tools.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium tiers (AI Plus, AI Creator, AI Coach) are billed recurringly as described upon checkout. You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via the billing portal prior to the next renewal date.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

KY Symphony services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
